Houseboats:

A $600 deposit is taken at the time of booking. The total rental fee must be paid 45 days in advance of your boarding date. No shows, late arrivals or early departures are not eligible for refunds. Your remittance of the $600 deposit or full rental amount and contract is hereby deemed your acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions and policies herein.

Cancellations & Changes: Any cancellation received BEFORE 45 days of the scheduled boarding date will result in the loss of the initial $600 reservation deposit. If the Vessel is re-rented for the entire length of the canceled reservation, a refund for the reservation deposit will be issued. A one-time rebooking option, BEFORE 45 days of the scheduled departure date, will incur a $50 processing fee. Rebooked date must be within the same season. 

Any cancellation received WITHIN 45 days of your scheduled boarding date will result in the loss of the entire rental amount including deposit and booking fees.  If the Vessel is re-rented, your payment, less your Reservation Deposit of $600 and booking fees, will be refunded. Cancellations must be made by the original reservation holder only and they must verify required information.

NO CHANGES may be made within two weeks of the boarding date. Changes must be made by the original reservation holder only and they must verify required information. There will be no refunds or discounts due to poor weather, acts of nature, or any other undesirable condition. (i.e. Fire, Smoke, Rain etc.)

All Other Motorized Vessels:

The total rental amount is due at time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hrs. of booking will not incur a processing fee and full amount will be refunded; reservation must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance. Cancellations made 30+ days prior to reservation will result in loss of booking fees and processing fees. Processing fees are as follows:

• Fishing boat, Deluxe Fishing boat, Patio Boat, Premier Patio Boats = $50
• South Bay, Bennington (ALL), Double Decker Bennington, Sunsetter = $100
• Bluewater, Response, Wakesetter, Mastercraft, LXR/LSV, Axis, PWC’s = $100
• All Cruisers (Super, Deluxe, Deluxe XL, Party) = $200
• Cancellations 15-30 days prior to reservation will result in loss of booking fees and 50% of rental cost.
• Cancellations 0-14 days prior to reservation and no shows will forfeit 100% of rental cost, including booking fees.

Non-Motorized:

The total rental amount is due at time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 72-hour notice will forfeit 100% of rental cost, including booking fees.  

Transient Slips:

The total rental amount is due at time of booking. Cancellations 15+ days prior to reservation will receive a full refund, including booking fees. Cancellations 8 – 14 days prior to reservation will forfeit 50% of rental cost + booking fees. Cancellations 0 – 7 days prior to reservation, forfeit 100% of rental cost, including booking fees.
