Rental Agreements

Houseboats: if booked 45+ days in advance, any cancellation made with 5 days of booking will not incur a processing fee.

Aside from Houseboats: Any cancellation made with 72 hrs. of booking will not incur a processing fee.

Houseboats:
***Must be paid in full no less than 14 days prior to reservation.

Cancellations 46 or more days prior to reservation will incur a $500 processing fee.
Cancellations 15 – 45 days prior to reservation will forfeit 30% of rental cost.
Cancellations 0 – 14 days prior to reservation will forfeit 100% of rental cost.

Motorized:

Cancellations 15+ days prior to reservation, processing fees will be as follows:
- Fishing boat, Deluxe Fishing boat, Patio Boat, Premier Patio Boats = $50
- South Bay, Bennington (ALL), Double Decker Bennington, Sunsetter = $100
- Bluewater, Response, Wakesetter, Mastercraft, LXR/LSV, Waverunner = $100
- All Cruisers (Super, Deluxe, Deluxe XL, Party) = $200
Cancellations 8-14 days prior to reservation will forfeit 50% of rental cost.
Cancellations 0-7 days prior to reservation will forfeit 100% of rental cost.

Non-Motorized:

Cancellations made with less than a 72-hour notice will forfeit 100% of rental cost.
